ESCO Parent Acquires Active ES Lighting Controls
Premier Holding Corp. announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with Active ES Lighting Controls, Inc. to immediately acquire Active ES Lighting Controls’ patents, technology, reseller agreements, company and products brands, copyrights, trademarks and other key certain assets. PRHL’s wholly owned subsidiary, WEPOWER Ecolutions Inc., an energy service company (ESCO) and integrator of clean energy solutions, had previously been a distributor and marketer of Active ES lighting controls.

In related news, Premier Holding Corp. announced that it sold common stock to six accredited investors for $572,500. Two of the strategic individual investors have extensive backgrounds and decades of success in global equity investing.
