The 9th annual Phosphor Global Summit is expected to draw more than 100 leading phosphor industry experts from across the globe, making it the premiere industry event! If you work in the phosphors industry this is one conference you won’t want to miss.

The conference – which will take place March 22-24, 2011, in San Antonio, Texas – will provide a forum for leading producers and end-users to discuss and plan the advancement of phosphors technology and applications.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with their peers while attending the two-day conference, which will feature more than 20 presentations from industry leaders. A full-day of pre-conference seminars will also take place on March 22, providing additional learning and networking opportunities, including a presentation on designing luminescent materials by Alok Srivastava from GE and a discussion on the basics of white LED phosphors led by Hajime Yamamoto of the Tokyo University of Technology.

Back by popular demand, the conference will once again be co-chaired by Kathryn Conway, Principal of LED Consulting, and Dr. Thomas Jüstel, professor for Inorganic Chemistry and Material Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Muenster.
