Jones, Cartwright, Letwink join Metrolight Sales

Metrolight, a leading provider of HID ballasts headquartered in Israel, has appointed three sales experts to the company’s North American operations.

Constance Jones, Western Region sales manager, has more than 25 years of experience in technical sales and executive management; 15 years in sales and management in the lighting and cable industry. Throughout her career, Jones has been directly responsible for sales growth through loyal clients and all channels in the industry.

Doug Cartwright, Eastern Region sales manager, is a 15 year lighting industry veteran in the commercial and industrial sector. He has garnered invaluable experience, particularly in establishing district sales offices, developing and managing key accounts, and providing strategic direction in channel development.

Wayne Letwink Jr., national OEM business manager, spent 2 years working for a lighting contractor before moving onto Aromat Corporation where he spent 11 years as regional and then national sales manager for their electronic metal halide ballast division. In his new position, Wayne will leverage his experience in working with OEMs, independent reps, as well as designers, specifiers, distributors, and end users.

“All three executives have proven track records in building successful business partnerships and growing sales both directly and through channels,” said Michael McMahon, director of US business development at Metrolight. “Innovation and both national and local regulations have created an exciting time in our industry and Metrolight is poised for growth in North America by offering energy-efficiency solutions for high-power lighting that utilize our advanced time-tested technologies.”
